No account information exists for configured region.
This error occurs when initializing the point-to-point protocol daemon. The account name to use for this
purpose cannot be determined. A probable cause for this message is that the Customize Customer Information window
has not been completed.
- Click Service Management from the navigation pane.
- Open
Manage Customer Information
from the work pane. The Customize Customer Information window is displayed.
- Verify the information has been specified for all required fields, click OK to save.
