Customizable Data Types

Select one or more type(s) of customizable console data that will be accepted from the Hardware Management Console currently selected in the Data Source(s) list. The types of customizable console data that can be replicated are:

Group Data
All user-defined groups defined to the Hardware Management Console.

Note: When selecting this type of data for replication, it is important to remember that the same managed objects (that is, Defined CPCs, CPC Images, etc.) should be defined on both the receiving and sending Hardware Management Consoles for the replication of this type of data to be the most useful.

Account Information Data
Account information for a CPC or group of CPCs which includes physical location and the customer name and address.

Note: When selecting this type of data for replication, it is important to remember that this data includes information, such as branch office, that may make sense only within a specific geographic region.

User Profile Data
User identifications and passwords.
Monitor System Events Data
Data for the Monitor System Events task including:
Acceptable Status Settings
Any status settings that are considered acceptable for all types of managed objects.
Modem Configuration Data
Dial type (tone or pulse) and other settings such as whether to wait for a dial tone
Outbound Connectivity Data
Information for dialing out, such as whether to enable the local system as a call-home server, or whether to allow dialing to use the local modem, the dial prefix, and phone numbers.
Object Locking Data
Whether to automatically lock all managed objects or whether to relock after a task runs.
Associated Activation Profiles
Any activation profiles associated with CPC and CPC image objects.
