Service History

Each record of a problem includes detailed information about the problem, and indicates whether the service required to correct the problem is still pending (an open problem), or is already completed or no longer needed (a closed problem).

Collectively, the problem and service records are referred to as the service history of the Upon viewing the service history, you can:

Click View on the menu bar, then select the following:

Click Close on the menu bar, then select the following:

Click Sort on the menu bar, then select the following:

Click Help to display help for the current window.
