To add a filter to the report
  1. In the Crystal Reports editor, switch to the Formulas view.
  2. Below Record Filter, type {CUSTOMER.COUNTRY} = {?Country}.
  3. This filter lets you view only the report for the specified country.

To view the report, switch to Preview view in the Crystal Reports editor. When you view the report, a Parameter prompt will ask which country’s report you wish to view.
