Restricting displayed resources using working sets

You can use working sets to restrict the set of resources that are displayed in the Enterprise Repository view.

To create a new working set

1. In the Enterprise Repository view, click on the Menu icon in the top right corner of the view.
2. Click Select Working Set.
3. To create a new working set , click New.
4. Select “Business Intelligence Archive Resource (BIAR)”, and click Next.
5. Type a name for the working set, select the resources to include, and click Finish.

Now, the set of resources that are displayed in the Enterprise Repository view are restricted by the working set that you have selected.

To deselect a working set

1. In the Enterprise Repository view, click on the Menu icon in the top right corner of the view.
2. Click Deselect Working Set.
