Configuring the Crystal Reports Viewer preferences

You can configure the Crystal Reports Viewer preferences for the Report Part Viewer and the Report Page Viewer. The values you specify will be used as the default for the viewer wizards and drag and drop operations.

To update the Crystal Reports Viewer preferences

1. On the Window menu, click Preferences.
2. Expand the Crystal Reports node, click Viewers, and then click the viewer that you want to set the preferences for.
3. Set the preferences, and click OK.
