DateTimeString is a string including a date and a Time value.

Evaluates the string specified and returns a DateTime data type.
Examples
DTSToDateTime ("2000/01/13 11:30:15")Returns the Date value, January 13, 2000 11:30:15 am. The month must be entered as 01 rather than just 1.
Comments
For new formulas, use the
CDateTime or
DateTimeValue functions instead of DTSToDateTime. The CDateTime and DateTimeValue functions are able to convert more types of strings.
