驗算指定的日期時間值，並將它轉換成時間值。
範例
DateTimeToTime(#11/01/1998 11:15:00 AM#)
傳回 11:15:00 AM。
註解
對於新的公式，在將日期時間值轉換成時間值時，可以使用
「CTime」
或
「TimeValue」
函式取代 DateTimeToTime。CTime 與 TimeValue 函式比較有效率，因為它們不是 UFL。
