After you make all the changes to the change set, you can mark it complete. A change set marked complete is no longer
active. You can neither add new changes to it nor you can remove any
changes from it.
Before completing a change set, you must check it in.
To complete a change set:
- In the Pending Changes tool window,
navigate to the Outgoing folder.
- To complete a change set, right-click a change set and
click Complete.
