Showing time remaining or time spent
Iteration plans show you the progress that team members have made
in completing their work items. You can configure a project area
so that the iteration plans show either the time remaining to complete work
items or the time spent so far on work items.
To configure work item progress:
- Right-click the project area in the Team Artifacts view
and click Open. The project area opens in the editor.
- Click the Process Configuration tab.
- In the Project Configuration section, expand
the Configuration Data and Iteration Plans sections.
- Click the Work Item Progress Mode node.
- Select Time Spent or Time Remaining from
the drop-down list.
- Click Save to save your change to the project
area.
