Renaming and reassigning an iteration plan

Use the Configure Plan command to rename an iteration plan or reassign it to a different team area or iteration in the project area.
To configure an iteration plan:
  1. Right-click an iteration plan in the Team Artifacts view.
  2. Click Configure Plan.
  3. In the Configure Iteration Plan window:
    • type a new name
    • navigate to a different team area
    • select a different iteration from the drop-down list
  4. Click Finish.
  5. If the iteration plan is open in the editor, click the Refresh button to update the display.
Depending on your changes, the plan name, team members, and work items on the Planned Items page might be changed to reflect your changes.
