Moving or copying content

You can move and copy items in a BusinessObjects Enterprise system using the Enterprise Repository view.

To move items

• Drag and drop an item from one folder to another.

To copy items

• Hold down the Ctrl key while you drag and drop an item from one folder to another.

Note:    You can copy and move files only within one BusinessObjects Enterprise system. To move files between BusinessObjects Enterprise systems, use BIAR files instead. For more information, see Exporting and Importing BIAR files. BIAR files are only available on BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2 systems.
