Filtering items to display in the Enterprise Repository view

You can set filters to control which items are shown in the Enterprise Repository view. Filtering is useful when exporting specific items to a BIAR file. For more information, see Exporting and Importing BIAR files.

To set the filter options

1. In the Enterprise Repository view, click on the Menu icon in the top right corner of the view.
2. Click Filters.
3. Select the content types that you want to include, and click OK.

Now, only the content types that you have selected are shown in the Enterprise Repository view.
