Using an existing report as a subreport

  1. On the Layout page, right-click the subreport and from the context menu, click Change Subreport Source.
  2. Navigate to the report that you would like to use, click the report, and then click Open.
    The report is added to the subreport.
  3. Double-click the subreport to go to the design view for the subreport.
