Crystal Reports for Rational Application Developer Designer Guide

To add comments to report output

  1. In the Palette, expand Special Fields.
  2. Click Report Comments.
    An object frame appears when the cursor is moved over the report.
  3. Move the object frame to the Report Header section and click once to place the frame.
  4. In the "Properties" view, set the report comment values, such as font size, font type, and position.
