Crystal Reports for Rational Application Developer Designer Guide

To export a report

  1. In the Preview page toolbar, click Export Report.
    The Export dialog box appears.
  2. Select the Export Format from the list.
  3. Select the Page Range to export.

    Note: The Page Range option is not available for Crystal Reports or Comma-Separated Values formats.
  4. Browse for the directory to save the file to and type the file name.
  5. Click OK.
  6. When the Export Completed dialog is displayed, click OK.
