To suppress empty rows and columns

  1. Right-click the blank top-left area of the Cross-Tab and click "Properties".
  2. In the "Properties" view, select either Suppress Empty Rows or Suppress Empty Columns and set the value to True.
    Now, when you print the report, empty rows and/or columns will not appear.
