To change fonts conditionally

  1. Right-click the field you want to format to bring up the context menu.
  2. On the context menu, click Conditional Formulas.
    The "Conditional Formulas For" dialog box appears.
  3. Select one of the Font options and click OK.
    The Formulas tab appears, and the name of your new formula is shown.
  4. Specify the condition that will change the default font.

  5. Click Preview to see the change in your report.
