To change fonts conditionally
Right-click the field you want to format to bring up the context menu.
On the context menu, click
Conditional Formulas
.
The "Conditional Formulas For" dialog box appears.
Select one of the Font options and click
OK
.
The Formulas tab appears, and the name of your new formula is shown.
Specify the condition that will change the default font.

Preview
to see the change in your report.
