To use accounting conventions in a
report
Select the currency field
or number field that you want to format.
In the
"Properties" view, go to the Number Format
properties, and select how you want the number format to appear for either
positive or negative values from the
Numeric
Format list.
In the
Currency
Symbol field, specify how you want the currency symbol to appear
with the values on your report.
