To allow for overflow field
representation
Select the currency field
or number field that you want to format.
In the
"Properties" view, go to the list of Number
Format properties, and choose
Customize from the
Value list.
In the Numeric Format
dialog box, ensure that
Allow Field
Clipping is not selected.
Note: You can also
create a conditional formatting formula for this option. On the Formulas tab,
you can specify that field clipping will be disabled only when certain
conditions are met.
