MonthName
说明
MonthName 返回指定月份的字符串名称。

MonthName (month)
MonthName (month, abbreviate)
参数
month 是一个整数，代表一年中的某月，该值介于 1 和 12 之间，其中 1 表示一月。
abbreviate 是一个可选布尔值，它表示月份名称是否要缩写。如果省略，则默认为 False。
返回
字符串值
操作
MonthName 返回指定月份的字符串名称。
示例
MonthName (4)
返回字符串值“April”。
MonthName (4, True)
返回“Apr”。
