Cette fonction renvoie la première occurrence (dans la chaîne origine) d'une chaîne commençant par chDébut et se terminant par chFin. Si chFin est introuvable, le logiciel renvoie toute la chaîne commençant par la chDébut jusqu'à la fin.

ExtractString (strTest,"J","s");

Renvoie "acque".

Renvoie "Jacques".
