You can search for a public or shared personal dashboard
within a project area.
Procedure
- Search for a specific dashboard:
- From the project area drop-down menu in the main navigation
bar, select the project area that you want to search within.
- In the dashboard navigation column, enter characters
in the search field. As you enter characters, a list
of potential matching dashboards appears below the search field. If
there are any matches within a team area, the list is grouped by team
area. If the list does not appear automatically, press Enter or
click the magnifying glass icon to open the list.
- When the name of the dashboard you are searching for
appears in the list, click the dashboard name to open the dashboard.
- Browse dashboards:
- In the Public Dashboards section,
click All Dashboards. Two
pages are displayed: All Team Areas and All
Shared. The All Team Areas page
displays a list of all team and sub-team dashboards in the currently
set project area. The All Shared page displays
a list of all personal dashboards that are shared with the currently
set project.
- Browse the pages to locate the dashboard you want to
find. Enter characters in the Type to filter field
to narrow the list of dashboards that are displayed on
the page. Only dashboards that contain the character combination in
the Type to filter field are displayed. Clear
the Type to filter field to see the complete
list of dashboards.
- Click the name of the dashboard that you want to open.
