You can create and modify project areas and team areas
for the team to share the project work and keep track of it.
Getting started with projects and teams
This topic gets you started with the basic functionality
such as accepting the team invitation, connecting to a repository,
connecting to a project area, and creating streams and components.
Accepting the team invitation
When a user is added to a team area or a project area and
e-mail notification is enabled, the team lead or project administrator
can send an invitation with connection instructions.
Connecting to a repository
A repository is a central location to store data. You must
create a connection from Visual Studio to a repository in Jazz to work with the project artifacts. Your Jazz Team Server administrator must
provide you with the access privilege to the repository.
Connecting to a project area
After the Jazz Team
Server administrator creates a project area, you must connect to it
to access the project artifacts.
