Test your custom help file before releasing
it to the users of the help file. Be sure that the help file works
as expected before releasing it. Use one of these common testing methods:
- If the help file is to be accessed over a network,
make sure that it is accessible. You might want to have someone else
(besides the person who set it up) try to access the custom help file
from within IBM® Rational® Rhapsody® over
the network before rolling out the feature to the rest of your project
team.
- If you have set it so that your custom help opens
at specific spots in the help file for specific resource IDs, be sure
to check these particular links.
