About this task
To define the characteristics
of a package, use the Features window to specify these values.
- Name specifies the name
of the package. Package names cannot contain spaces or begin with
numbers.
- L specifies the label for
the element, if any. For information about creating labels, see Assign descriptive labels to elements.
- Stereotype specifies the
stereotype of the package, if any. They are enclosed in guillemets,
for example «s1» and enable you to tag classes for
documentation purposes. Note that package stereotypes are not constructive
(see Constructive dependencies).
- Main Diagram specifies the
name of the diagram of which this is a component.
On the Description tab,
write a detailed description of the package. The Relations tab
lists all the relationships of the package. The Tags tab
lists the available tags for this package. The Properties tab
enables you to define code generation properties for the package.
