Before you can work on a project, you have to check it
out from its repository.
Procedure
- Start Eclipse.
- Open the New Project window. Choose .
- Expand the CVS folder, select Projects
from CVS, and then click Next to
open the Checkout from CVS window, which has various views.
- On the Checkout from CVS window, select
the Use existing repository location radio button, select the
repository that you want, and then click Next.
- On Select Module view of the Checkout from
CVS window, select the Use an existing module (this will allow
you to browse the modules in the repository) radio button, select
the IBM® Rational® Rhapsody® project
that you want to check out, and then click Finish.
Results
You can now switch to the Rational Rhapsody Modeling
perspective in Eclipse to work on the Rational Rhapsody project
that you checked out from a CVS (Concurrent Versions System) repository.
