Getting started: Integrating Rational Rhapsody with MathWorks Simulink models

Integrating MathWorks Simulink models into IBM® Rational® Rhapsody® lets you include control algorithms and plant models developed in MathWorks Simulink into a Rational Rhapsody design, which enables a true hybrid modeling, execution, and code generation environment.

To get started with integrating Rational Rhapsody with the MathWorks Simulink software, see Integrating Rational Rhapsody and the MathWorks Simulink.

To learn how to import a MathWorks Simulink model into Rational Rhapsody and then simulate the two models together, see the demonstration in the IBM developerWorks topic at http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/offers/lp/demos/summary/r-rhapsodysim.html.

To learn how to integrate IBM Rational Rhapsody Design Manager with MathWorks Simulink so that designers and project stakeholders can publish and collaborate on Simulink models, and how to use the Rational Rhapsody Design Manager Import Engine to import MathWorks Simulink models to the Design Management Server, see http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rdmhelp/v3/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.dm.rhp.simulink.doc/topics/c_rhp_dm_simulink_overview.html in the Collaborative Design Management Information Center.
