This content applies to version 7.6.1
or later. This tutorial guides you through the steps needed
to create an Automotive Open System Architecture (AUTOSAR) project
concept-to-code in a Behavior Modeling Tool (BMT) environment, apply
AUTOSAR design, define and create Rhapsody® Implementation
Objects (RIMBOs), generate AUTOSAR XML (ARXML), and implementation
code for SWC's.
Note: You can use the LightsManager project for the
purpose of this tutorial. The project is in the Rhapsody installation directory in the ...\Samples\Automotive\LightsManager
folder.
Learning objectives
The objective
of this tutorial is to learn how:
- Create a project of type AR3x_BMT
- Establish an AUTOSAR design
- Define RIMBs in ARBMT packages to implement atomic SWC types
- Create RIMBOs typed by RIMBs in atomic SWC types, and connect
the ports of the RIMBOs to the ports of the SWC types via AR-to-RHP
delegation connectors
- Generate ARXML and implement the AUTOSAR SWC component
Note: Information about the AUTOSAR architecture can be found
at the AUTOSAR website at www.autosar.org.
