OMDelay is
used to delay a calling thread. OMDelay is essentially
another way of issuing a timeout - OMDelay calls
it on its own.
OMDelay is normally
used by the application. If a reactive instance creates an OMDelay,
it receives a timeout after the specified delay time.
This class is defined in the header file omthread.h.
