When you have a project that consists of several IBM® Rational® Rhapsody® projects
and you want to share information between them beyond binary reuse,
but keep the design parts separate so that you cannot change one project
while working on another, you can add units from one project as references
in another. This workflow is a classic, multiple‑parts gray box collaboration.
Only archive non‑referenced units (units loaded
in the current model) with the project. When new units are added to
a referenced project, they must be refreshed in the active project.
