Creating a plan overview

The plan overview section provides a description of the high-level tasks planned for a plan. You can include the following sections in the overview of the plan: Objectives or purpose of the iteration, list of deliverables for the iteration, descriptions of the features that are targeted for the iteration, issues, key schedule dates, and stakeholders and other contacts.

Before you begin

This topic assumes that you have a plan for an associated team area and iteration.

To create a plan overview:

Procedure

  1. In the Web UI, click Plans and open a plan.
  2. In the Overview tab, click Edit.
  3. Type in the plan overview and click Save. You can add more such pages. For more information on adding pages, see Adding plan pages.
