List ClearCase® Connector repository
objects and synchronization objects
Purpose
The ccc list subcommand
with one of three ClearCase Connector object
types, (clones, synchronizedFilesAndFolders,
or synchronizedStreams) lists ClearCase Connector objects,
including clones, synchronized files and folders, and synchronization
streams. The alias for ccc list synchronizedStreams is ccc ls ccss.
The alias for ccc list synchronizedFilesAndFolders is ccc ls sff.
Synopsis
- To run ccc list after you have used ccc
login to create stored credentials:
ccc list object type [ -r
| --repository-uri ] repository URI or nickname { [ -c | --contrib ] name [ -v | --verbose ] --depth levels} {[object-type specific options]}
- To run ccc list supplying credentials
on the command line:
ccc list object type [ -r | --repository-uri ] repository URI [ -u | --username ] user ID in repository [ -P | --password ] password for user ID in repository { [ -c | --contrib ] name [ -v | --verbose ] } {[object-type specific options]}
Options and arguments
- [ -c | --contrib ] name
- A user ID valid in the specified repository. If this option is
supplied, the list of item types is limited to
items owned by the specified contributor. If this option is omitted, name defaults
to the user ID of the user running scm list.
Not applicable when listing project areas, contributors, components,
and remote files.
- [ -P | --password ] password for user ID in repository
- The password for the specified user ID in
the named repository. If this option is not included on the command
line, you are prompted for a password. If you specified a repository
URI or nickname for which you have stored credentials using the scm
login command, this option is ignored.
- [ -r | --repository-uri ] repository URI
- Specifies the repository in which to take
this action. If you have stored repository credentials using the scm
login command, you can use the nickname you supplied for
these stored credentials
- [ -u | --username ] user ID in repository
- Specifies a user ID that exists in the named repository. If you
specified a repository URI or nickname for which you have stored credentials
using the ccc login command, this
option is ignored.Specifies a user ID that exists in the named
repository. If you specified a repository URI or nickname for which
you have stored credentials using the scm login command,
this option is ignored.
- [ -v | --verbose ]
- Provide additional informational messages
while operating.
- object type
- The type of item to list. One of:
- clones
- Lists all of the clone link information in a repository, regardless
of project area boundaries. This command is for diagnostic use only.
- synchronizedFilesAndFolders
- List the synchronized files and folders of the named synchronized
stream. The alias for scm list with the synchronizedFilesAndFolders object
type is scm ls sff. The object-type
specific option for this object type is required:
- synchronized stream
- A synchronized stream, specified by name. The files and folders
of this synchronized stream are listed. A stream must be specified,
and no more than one stream can be entered.
- synchronizedStreams
- List synchronized streams and stream information in all of the
project and team areas of which the named user is a member. The alias
for scm list with the synchronizedStreams object
type is scm ls ccss. Object-type specific
options for this object type are:
- [ -L | --locallySyncd ]
- Operate on all synchronized streams that are synchronized on this
host. This option can only be used if the command is run on the synchronization
host.
- -s
- Display Jazz and ClearCase properties of the synchronized streams.
- synchronized stream [...]
- A space-separated list of synchronized streams, specified by name.
If streams are specified, stream information is listed only for those
streams.
Examples
The user logs into the server with
user1 as
the user name,
user1pw as the password, and
repos as
the repository nickname, then runs the list command.
