Creating a new folder

About this task
Create a new folder for organizing reports from the Eclipse client.
  1. In the Team Artifacts view, right-click a folder under the Reports node and click New > Folder.
  2. Specify a name, a description, and whether the folder is shared or not. If you are sharing the folder, you specify the project or team area to share it with. If you created the new folder from the Shared Reports node, that folder is automatically shared.
    Note: You must specify a project or team area even if you are not sharing it.

Results

The folder is added to the Reports node. If you shared the folder, the folder will be under the Shared Reports node.

The reports under Shared Reports are visible to all project members, organized by headings that match the folder structure. The reports under My Reports are visible only to you.
