If the synchronization engine process is terminated or
the Jazz™ Team Server becomes
unreachable during a synchronization, the synchronized stream remains
locked. You must unlock the stream and then re-start the synchronization
process.
Before you begin
Before unlocking the stream, verify that there are no synchronization
engine processes running that synchronize with that stream.
About this task
To unlock a synchronized stream:
Procedure
- Open the ClearCase Synchronized Streams view,
right-click the stream that is locked and click Open.
- In the Synchronized Stream editor, on the ClearCase page,
click Unlock.
- Re-start the synchronization process. For more information,
