There might be times when you need to begin working on a new change set for a set of items before you are finished with one that is in progress in your workspace. To do this, you can suspend the current change set, which removes it from your workspace but preserves it in the repository. The files in a suspended change set revert to the state they were in before the change set was started, and the change set itself is moved to a special Suspended folder so that no new changes can be added to it.
You can resume working on a suspended change set by right-clicking it and clicking Resume.
To suspend a change set:
. The change set moves to the component's Suspended folder. New changes accumulate in a new change set, or in an existing one that you designate as current.
