User roles and work flows

Rational Team Concert™ is designed to be used by software development teams of all sizes and supports a variety of user roles and work flows.
By default, Rational Team Concert supports the following roles:

The following diagram demonstrates an example workflow for a team using an installation of Rational Team Concert. The diagram is provided only as an example. Although many of the steps can be done using either the Web interface or the Eclipse client, the steps for project administrators and team leads link to topics that refer to the Web interface and the steps for team members link to topics that refer to the Eclipse client.
