You can manage client access licenses through either the
administrative Web client or the Eclipse client.
Before you begin
You must be logged on to the administrative Web client and
be a member of the JazzAdmins group. You must also have created a
user.
Note: For
Rational Team Concert™ running
on
IBM® i,
there is a known limitation with using the
Client Access
License Management link under the Admin Web UI with
Jazz™ Team Server.
Client Licenses must be managed per individual user. See
Managing client access licenses on IBM i for more information.
Procedure
- Click the User Management tab; then
click Client Access License Management.
- Select the license to manage; for example, Contributor
or Developer.
- To add a license to a user, click Assign Licenses and
select the user.
- To remove a license from a user name, hover your mouse
over the user name and click the X icon.
Note: You can
also assign a license to a user from an individual user editor, which
you can access from the Active Users page.
