Rational Team Concert™ the ability to deal with the practice-level measures as well as a limited number of operational measures. Other IBM tools can be used to define business measures and more complete sets of operational measures.
Rational Team Concert capabilities can be used to measure and monitor a large number of lower-level activities using metrics that can provide insight about the effectiveness of practices.
