The synchronization process account must be a member of the team area in which you want to create the synchronized stream. The account must have process permissions to create workspaces, create components, deliver to streams, and add components to streams.
You can create a ClearCase Synchronized Stream in any Project Area and Team Area that you have write access to, and you can specify any process template that you want. At least one work item category should be associated with the team area you choose. If your process requires change sets to be associated with a work item that meets specific conditions before they can be delivered, create a work item in the Project Area that satisfies those conditions. For more information, see Creating a work item template.
