The Work Items perspective includes the following views: Work
Items, Team Artifacts, Team
Central, My Work, and Tag Cloud.
All these views provide tools to help you create, triage, and work on work
items.
Work Items view
When you run a query, the Work Items view displays
the results in a table. You can sort the results according to column
heading by clicking a column heading. Click the column heading again
to change the sort order (ascending or descending).
Team Artifact view
Your project area within the Team Artifacts
view contains a Work Items folder. The Work
Items folder contains the queries available to you.
My Work view
Use this view to triage new work items assigned to you;
manage work items in progress; and manage work items that you plan
to resolve in a future iteration.
Team Central view
The Team Central view is organized into multiple News,
Events, and Queries sections that are updated continually with the
latest developments, such as build operations, change set deliveries,
and work item modifications that affect your project.
Tag Cloud view
Use this view to create a tag cloud. For a given query,
a tag cloud displays the number of work items by tag attribute.
