You can configure feed settings for the server database
according to the feed rendering schemes Atom 1.0 and RSS 2.0.
Before you begin
You must be logged on to the administrative Web interface
and be a member of the JazzAdmins group.
About this task
After connecting to a repository, feeds for builds and work
items are automatically generated. When you connect to a project area,
a feed for the project area is generated. For more information about
subscribing to feeds, see
../../com.ibm.team.concert.dotnet.doc/topics/t_subs_to_team_events.html.
Procedure
- Click the Server tab.
- In the Configuration area, click Feed
Settings.
- In the Feed Rendering Scheme field, select the syndication
format to be used by the feed service when returning feed entries.
- In the Feed Query Maximum Entries field, type the maximum
number of feed entries returned by a service to a client.
- Feed Cache Document Lifetime: Feed documents composed on
behalf of a client request are cached and reused across multiple calls
for that document. This value, which is recorded in seconds, specifies
how long a shared document is cached before being cleared from the
cache.
- Feed Entry Cache Size: The entries that comprise a feed
document, after composed, are kept in a cache and shared across multiple
requests for those entries. This value specifies the maximum number
of entries that are cached for reuse.
- Click Save.
