Repotools command that creates a clone of a repository.
Purpose
The clone command
duplicates a repository database via a TAR file. Do not use the clone command
to copy data from one repository database to another; use the copy command
for those use cases. A legitimate use case for the clone command
is if you need to work around the limitation of 250 developer licenses
per Jazz™ Team Server.
See the Technote at jazz.net that describes how to use the clone command
to work around the 250 developer license limitation.
