Disconnecting projects from a repository

If you do not want to share a solution or a project with the rest of the team, you can disconnect it from the repository. Disconnecting the solution or the project disconnects it from Rational Team Concert™ source control and removes all the source control bindings from the solution or project. Though the project remains in your repository workspace, the Pending Changes tool window stops tracking the changes to the solution.

Before you begin

Before disconnecting a project from the repository, ensure that the project is shared in Rational Team Concert source control.
