Showing and hiding relationships

You can update an open class diagram or selected classifiers by showing or hiding relationships that match your selected criteria.

Before you begin

You must be in the .NET perspective and have a diagram open in the diagram editor. Relationships must already exist between C# elements before you can show or hide relationships.
Note: Hiding relationships removes the connectors from the diagram only. The underlying semantic relationships remain intact.

About this task

To show or hide relationships:

Procedure

  1. In the diagram editor, right-click a C# element or group of selected elements; then click Filters->Show / Hide Relationships.
    Tip: To show or hide all the existing relationships in the diagram, do not select any elements.
  2. In the Show/Hide Relationships window, show, hide, or leave the types of relationships.
  3. Click OK.
