When you create a UML profile, you can add the profile
file to an existing modeling project.
Before you begin
Before you can create a profile, you must enable the creation
of UML profiles.
Note: Because the two main views that you use to create
profiles are the Project Explorer view and the Properties view, the
Modeling perspective is ideal for authoring profiles.. You can create
UML profiles by using class diagrams, which provide a visual, modeling
approach to creating profile content.
