Configure the CDT project type, compilation properties,
and build settings for the CDT projects that serve as the code generation
target for model transformations.
Setting CDT project types
In order to initialize a CDT project for real-time code
generation, you must select a real-time project type when you create
the project.
Setting default properties for new CDT projects
If most of your projects are targeting the same configuration and
RTS library location, you can save time by setting system environment variables
at the OS level that will be used by the CDT project wizard to set the CDT
environment variables.
Setting link dependencies in CDT projects
By setting the CDT project link dependencies, you can configure
whether a component has Real-Time Services (RTS) library dependencies or is
a pure C++ component. You can also link executable CDT projects to external
libraries using the project properties.
Changing build configurations across multiple projects
You might have a case in which a set of UML development projects,
with dependencies to each other, generate code into target CDT projects. You
can set build configurations across multiple CDT projects to ensure that the
build configurations match each other during large builds.
