You can search and edit an effect or a guard opaque element
in capsule-based models.
About this task
You can search your code, and edit the results. A code
editor opens for each of the element's matched snippets, and
the matched text is selected in the editor.
Procedure
- Search for an element, and complete one of the following
steps:
- To edit the source, double-click the element.
- To open the source editor, right-click the result of
the search; then click Launch in Source Editor.
- To edit effects and guard opaque elements, select the opaque
behavior, expression, or constraint that a transition or state owns
as its effect, guard, entry, or exit behavior. If the Code view is
open, the view is updated to show both the effect and the guard tab
for transitions, and the Entry and Exit tabs for states.
Note: When code fragments conflict in the configuration management
system, the compare-merge window appears with the language
specific code merge pane open by default.
