The host connection file that is opened in the host editor can be either a host connection file that you selected in the EST Project Explorer or a new host connection created by the New Service Flow Project wizard (see When the host editor is started).
The Properties tab contains three groups of properties: Basic Settings, Advanced Settings, and Security Settings (see Table 1).
To see the properties included in a particular group, expand that group on the Properties tab.
| Group of properties: | Description: |
|---|---|
| Basic settings | See Basic settings. |
| Advanced settings | See Advanced settings. |
| Security settings | See Security settings. |
On the Properties tab, you can change any of the properties that you specified when you originally created the host connection file, except for the file name of the host connection file and the terminal application folder in which it was created.
The Description property is included with the Basic settings.
