From the File menu, select New
> Project. The New Project wizard opens.
Expand Workstation COBOL or PL/I, select Local
Project, and click Next.
Type a name for the project. You must set this property
to create a project.
To create the project in the default workspace, click Use
default, or, to create the project in a different location,
clear this check box and click Browse to select
a new location.
From the property group area, select one of the
following options:
Select a property group to associate with the new
project: Click this radio button and then select a property
group for the new project.
Create a new property group and associate it with
the project. Click Finish to edit the property group: Click
this radio button to create a new property group for the project.
Type a name for the group in the Name field
and then click Finish to set property values.
Do not associate the project with a property group: Click
this radio button to create the project without associating it with
a property group.
