Batch Job Monitor Options
You can specify the following batch job monitor options:
  • Enable batch job monitor

    Select this option to activate the batch monitor.

    Batch monitor settings. Whether the batch monitor is active, and if so how often it polls checking for job status. The current jobs being monitored can be listed and deleted if necessary. Plus the monitor can be restarted, for example when a more frequent time interval is specified.
  • Prompt to enable batch job monitor when new jobs are submitted

    If the job monitor is not already started, select this option to be prompted to activate the batch monitor each time you submit a new batch job.

  • Batch job monitor interval (seconds)

    Specify the number of seconds between requests to check the status of jobs at the host.

  • Restart Batch Job Monitor

    Click this button to restart the batch job monitor.

  • View Batch Jobs

    Click this button to view the current batch jobs that are being monitored. Current® batch jobs are displayed in a list and can be deleted if necessary.

  • Add New Batch Jobs

    Click this button to add a new batch job to the list of jobs being monitored.

Job Cards
You can specify the following job card options:
  • Use a separate job card for each group

    Select this option to use separate job cards for each group that is used as a build target, promote source, or deployment source.

  • Use a separate job card for each system

    Select this option to use separate job cards for each system you work with. Specify this option only if you use SCLM on multiple systems.

Note: If neither of these options are selected, the same job card is used for all levels in the hierarchy and for all systems.
