When you use the New Generation Properties wizard to generate a generation properties file for a flow, the new generation properties file is stored in the Generation folder, within a subfolder with the same name as the flow. When you use the Generate Runtime Code wizard to generate runtime code for the flow, the runtime code files are stored in the same subfolder.
The Generation folder is used with both terminal applications and nonterminal applications. There is only one Generation folder in a service flow project.
When you create the first generation properties file in your service flow project, EST automatically creates the Generation folder and displays it in the EST Project Explorer.
