on the toolbar of the mapping routine area. Alternatively,
you can create a one-sided mapping by using the contextual menu. For more information about one-sided mappings see One-sided mapping and Transforms that create one-sided mappings.
To create a new one-sided mapping:
In the mapping routine area, select a target element (see Source elements, target elements).
On the toolbar of the mapping routine area, click Create
a New Transform
.
The mapping editor creates a new transform, sets it to an appropriate default transform type, and connects the new transform to the selected target element (see Default transform type).
Because this is a one-sided mapping the mapping does not need a source element.
You can also create a new transform for a one-sided mapping using the contextual menu:
In the mapping routine area, right-click a target element.
The mapping editor creates the new transform in the same way that
it does when you click the Create a New Transform
icon on the toolbar.
