Development scenario: Bottom-up, Meet-in-Middle, or Top-Down.
Application mode: Service Provider or Service Requester. This parameter determines whether output files are generated for a Web service provider or a Web service requester.
Conversion type: Compiled XML Conversion or Interpretive XML Conversion. This parameter specifies the method used to convert data between XML format and programming language format.
Single-service project:
If the wizard is started from the context of a single-service project, then the values for all four factors were specified when the single-service project was created. That is, when you create a new single-service project you are required to specify a runtime environment, a development scenario, an application mode, and a conversion type (see Creating a new single-service project).
Other project perspective or Remote Systems view:
If the wizard is started from either of these contexts then the Wizard Launcher window opens and prompts you to select values for the four factors. When you click Start then the Wizard Launcher starts the appropriate wizard based on the selections.
