This task topic describes how to delete a message set.
CAUTION:
Deleting a message set is not recommended because it would likely invalidate a terminal or nonterminal project. Many of the properties associated with the project are defined in the message set. Also, the message set informs the service flow project tools about how to correctly handle artifacts for terminal and nonterminal projects.
To delete a message set from your Service Flow project:
In the Enterprise Service Tools perspective, open the Navigator view.
Right-click the message set folder that you are deleting, then click
Delete on the pop-up menu. This opens the Confirm Resource Delete window, which asks whether you want to delete the resource that you have specified.
Important: When you delete a message set, the action can not be undone once you have confirmed the deletion. All folders and associated files for the message set are deleted.
Click Yes to delete the message set or No to cancel the message set deletion. Pressing the Esc key on your keyboard also cancels the message set deletion.
