Working with the properties of a mapping routine

To display or modify the properties of a mapping routine, click the name of the mapping routine displayed in the mapping routine twistie.

You can change the name of a mapping routine using the steps described in this topic. (see Renaming a mapping routine).

To display or modify the properties of a mapping routine:

  1. In the mapping routine area, click the name of the mapping routine, which is displayed in the mapping routine twistie (see Components of the mapping routine area).

    Note: Alternatively, you can click the name of the mapping routine in the Outline view.

    The mapping editor displays the properties of the mapping routine in the Properties view (see Properties of the currently displayed mapping routine).

  2. To modify a property, type the new value that you want to use for the property and press the Enter key.
    Note: Currently the only property displayed for a mapping routine is the name.
