Contextual menu for the mapping routine area

The contextual menu for the mapping routine area opens whenever you right-click any portion of the mapping routine area.

. Some of the contents of the contextual menu are different depending on where the right-click occurs (over a source message, over a transform, over a target message, or over a blank area).

Menu item: Operation:
Undo Undoes the most recent operation.
Redo Redoes the most recent undone operation.
Revert Restores the contents of the mapping file to the state that they were in when you last saved the mapping file.
Create Transform Creates a new transform and connects it to the currently selected message or message element (see Creating a new transform).
Create Connection Creates a connection between a source element and a transform, or between a transform and a target element (see Creating a connection).
Edit Opens the message file containing the currently selected message or message element in the flow message editor (see Modifying a source message or a target message).
Delete Deletes the currently selected message or transform (see Deleting a message, transform, or connection).
Sort
  • Sort by source: Arranges the transforms vertically so that each transform is next to its source element.

  • Sort by target: Arranges the transforms vertically so that each transform is next to its target element.

Show in Properties Displays in the Properties view the properties of the currently selected item (see Properties view).
