The Developer for System z® interface for CA Endevor SCM provides many custom actions
that you can use when working with CA Endevor SCM Release 12.
- Add Element
- Adds an element to the CA Endevor SCM. You can also select the Submit
as batch job checkbox to submit a Generate Element command in
batch with the Add Element command.
- Approve Package
- Approves a package for execution.
- Backin Package
- Restores the executable members of a package to the state the
package was in before the package was backed out.
- Backout Package
- Restores the executable members of a package to the state the
package was in before package execution.
- Cast Package
- Freezes actions included in a package.
- Commit Package
- Records all events related to a package and removes all Backout and Backin information.
- Define Package
- Defines the parameters of a package.
- Delete Element
- Deletes an element from the CA Endevor SCM.
- Delete Package
- Removes a package from the CA Endevor SCM.
- Deny Package
- Denies a package so that the package cannot be executed.
- Execute Package
- Runs a package.
- Generate Element
- Translates source into executable programs and populates the output
libraries with the programs. You can also select Submit job as
batch to submit Generate Element commands in batch.
- Move Element
- Moves the element or member information.
- Print Element
- Prints the element or member information.
- Reset Package
- Erases all package event records.
- Retrieve Element
- Copies an element to an external data set.
- Signin Element
- Releases the lock on and element.
- SubmitPackage
- Submits a package request.
