Web Services for CICS Project Integration

These radio buttons control how a Web Services for CICS® project is integrated into a service flow project.

Initially, when you add a Web Services CICS Project to a service flow project, the Add Web Services for CICS Project window allows you to add the project as either an outbound web services subproject or as a nonterminal applications subproject.

However, if you select the Remember my decision check box in the Add Web Services for CICS Project window, then the window is no longer displayed, and a Web services for CICS project is always added to a service flow project as the type of subproject that you last specified.

If you have selected the check box and the window is no longer displayed, use this preference to change the way in which a Web services for CICS project is added to a service flow project.
    • Select the radio button Integrate Web Services for CICS project as an outbound Web service request if you want to add the Web Services for CICS project to the service flow project as an outbound Web service subproject.
    • Select the radio button Integrate Web Services for CICS project as a program call if you want to add the Web Services for CICS project to the service flow project as a nonterminal applications subproject.
  4. Click OK when done.
