Finally, the only change to the run time (apart from bug
fixes and performance enhancements) that affects the behavior of
your code is that the SIZE condition is no longer promoted to the
ERROR condition if unhandled.
However, some of the compiler changes made in release V3R5 and
later releases require corresponding library changes.
So, if you are using code compiled by one of these releases,
