The CICS trace is one of the problem determination tools that can be used with the CICS Service Flow Runtime.
When the CICS trace is active, and a service flow running on the CICS Service Flow Runtime invokes another application or invokes an outbound Web service, then the CICS trace facility adds an Application-Program-Entry event (hex code 0x0068) to the CICS trace output.

| REQUEST | The name of the service flow request being processed. |
| PROGRAM | The name of the generated service flow program being processed . |
| NODE | The type of Invoke node within the service flow that is being processed . |
| ACTIVITY | The activity name for the Invoke node within the service flow that is being processed. |
