Follow the steps described in the following Parts
A through E:
Part A. Build a generation properties file
Build a generation properties file for each flow (including the
main flow and any invoked flows) in your program. First, use the New Generation
Properties wizard to create a default generation properties file for
the flow. Then use the generation properties editor to review and
update the generation properties file.
Part B. Run the Generate Runtime Code wizard
The Generate Runtime Code wizard creates in your current
work area a set of output files for implementing, building, and running
a program on a specified runtime (here the CICS Service Flow Runtime). If you create the
appropriate connections to a remote z/OS® system,
then the wizard can also upload files, compile source code, call the
linker, define and install resources in CICS,
and request a CICS pipeline
scan.
Part D. Additional compilation and runtime issues This topic describes problems that you
may encounter when you: (a) compile a COBOL source code file; or (b)
run the new program on the remote z/OS system.
