Version information is available in the resource view through right clicking on a file and selecting Team - Show History.
If previous versions for the file are available in SCLM, they will be displayed in a table in the Eclipse History view. The table has
the following columns;
- Group: The group at which this version exists.
- User Name: The user that checked in this version of the file.
- Version Identifier: A numerical identifier for this version.
- Audit Date: The audit date and time of this version.
- Change Date: The date and time this version was changed.
You may sort the version table by clicking on the column header of the column you wish to sort by. Clicking again will invert the search
order. So for example, if the sort is ascending, a second click will make it descending. By clicking on a series of columns
you can set a more complex sort order.
Right clicking on an entry in the table will bring up the following menu items;
- Browse: Downloads a copy of the selected version and opens it in an editor.
- Compare: When two versions are selected, opens them both in a compare editor.
- Browse Version Information: Displays the SCLM Version Information for the selected version.
- Recover Version: Recovers the selected version.
- Delete Version: Deletes the selected version.
