The operations editor is the default editor provided within the
Enterprise Service Tools perspective for building the logical representation
of an interface (WSDL operation). The operations editor serializes the interface
as a .wsdl operation with references to the .sfmxsd messages.
The editor is started when you open an existing WSDL file while
in the EST Project Explorer or when you create a new operation using the New
Operations File wizard.
