Reloading screen descriptions manually

To rebuild the currently loaded screen descriptions in memory using the most recent versions of the screen descriptions stored on your workstation's hard disk, click the Reload Screen Descriptions icon Reload Screen Recognitions in the host editor's toolbar.

When you the click the Reload Screen Descriptions icon Reload Screen Recognitions the host editor performs the following actions:

  1. The host editor discards from memory all the currently loaded screen descriptions (see Currently loaded screen descriptions).

  2. The host editor rebuilds the currently loaded screen descriptions in memory by loading from your workstation's hard disk all the screen descriptions contained in all the screen message files displayed in the Messages folder of your terminal applications subproject (see Currently loaded screen descriptions).
