You can use a terminal emulator program and OMVS to manually
set up directories on z/OS® UNIX® System Services to hold
the output files created by the Generate Runtime Code wizard.

about creating subdirectories to hold the output files created by
the Generate Runtime Code wizard:
To manually allocate PDS's follow these steps:
Start a terminal emulator program such as the host editor (see Working with host connections).
Connect to the remote z/OS system
and log on to TSO.
Start OMVS.
In the OMVS command window:
- Use the mkdir command to create the directories
- Use the chmod command to set the permission
bits to 777 for each directory.
