Use this element as the container for specifying generation options for the set of converters, driver, and XSD files.

Note: XseSpec can contain an XsdSpec element. If XseSpec contains a XsdSpec element, then XseSpec CANNOT contain the following: If this restriction is not followed the results of the generation are unpredictable.
