Copying and pasting source files into a single-service project

Use the Navigator view to copy and paste source files into the Source folder of an existing single-service project.
CAUTION:
In the Enterprise Service Tools, never paste files into a folder unless you are sure that it is safe to do so. In some folders, for example most resource folders in a service flow project, pasting files into a folder can corrupt the project.
Follow these steps to copy and paste files into the Source folder of a single-service project:
Note: You can also use this method to copy files from a Microsoft® Windows® folder.
  1. Select the Navigator view of the Enterprise Tools Perspective (see The views in the Enterprise Service Tools perspective).
  2. Do the copy operation:
    1. Expand the folder from which you wish to copy files.
Note: For example, you might want to copy generated files (such as .cbl, .cpy, .wsbind, .wsdl, and so on) from the Generation\Targets folder of another single-service project.
    2. Select, then right-click, the files that you want to copy.
    3. Click Copy.
  3. Do the paste operation:
    1. Right-click the Source folder into which you wish to copy the files.
    2. Click Paste.
The files are copied into the Source folder.
