When a PRINT file is assigned to the terminal, it is assumed that
it will be read as it is being printed. Spacing is therefore reduced
to a minimum to reduce printing time. The following rules apply to
the PAGE, SKIP, and ENDPAGE keywords:
- PAGE options or format items result in three lines being skipped.
- SKIP options or format items larger than SKIP (2) result in three
lines being skipped. SKIP (2) or less is treated in the usual manner.
- The ENDPAGE condition is never raised.
