Use the Navigator view to copy and paste source files into the
Source folder of an existing single-service project.
CAUTION:
In the Enterprise Service Tools, never paste files into
a folder unless you are sure that it is safe to do so. In some folders, for
example most resource folders in a service flow project, pasting files into
a folder can corrupt the project.
Follow these steps to copy and paste files into the Source folder of a
single-service project:
Note: You can also use this method
to copy files from a Microsoft Windows folder.
- Select the Navigator view of the Enterprise Tools Perspective (see The views in the Enterprise Service Tools perspective).
- Do the copy operation:
- Expand the folder from which you wish to copy files.
Note: For example,
you might want to copy generated files (such as .cbl, .cpy, .wsbind, .wsdl,
and so on) from the Generation\Targets folder of another single-service
project.
- Select, then right-click, the files that you want to copy.
- Click Copy.
- Do the paste operation:
- Right-click the Source folder into which you wish to copy the files.
- Click Paste.
The files are copied into the Source folder.
