Excluded sets

Excluded sets are one or more records that have been temporarily removed from the view of the editor at the users discretion.
In order to exclude records, select one or more records within a data set and then right click to display the pop-up menu. Select Exclude Record(s). The records that you selected will then be excluded from the view and displayed as a shadow line with the following icon.

Excluded record sets can also be included back into the visible set of records at any time. To accomplish this, select Include Record(s) after right clicking the excluded set within the Formatted Data Editor. After selecting Include Record(s), a preview dialog will open containing a list of records that make up the excluded set. Check boxes on the left of the dialog can be used to select which records to include back into the visible, editable set.
