Start a terminal emulator program such as the host editor (see Working with host connections).
Connect to the remote z/OS system and log on to TSO.
Start the ISPF application if it is not already started.
Type 3 (Utilities) + Enter. The Utility Selection Panel opens.
Type 2 (Data Set) + Enter. The Data Set Utility panel opens.
