1. Choosing a project name and location

The first page of the New Service Flow Project wizard, titled Choose a project name and location, allows you to specify a name and location for the new service flow project and, optionally, allows you to specify non-default names for the interface definition subproject, the terminal applications subproject, the nonterminal applications subproject, and the outbound Web service subproject.

To use this page of the wizard:

  1. In the Service Flow Project input field, type the name that you want to use for the new service flow project (such as SFP1Basic).
Restriction: The name cannot contain double-byte characters.
  2. If you want to use custom names for the interface definition, terminal applications, nonterminal applications, and outbound Web services subprojects, click the Override Subproject Naming button.
    1. Click the Override Subproject Naming button to display the default names for these subprojects. The default names consisting of the service flow project name that you specified plus a mnemonic extension:
      • <serviceflowprojectname.Interface
      • <serviceflowprojectname.Terminal
      • <serviceflowprojectname.Nonterminal
      • <serviceflowprojectname.OutboundWebService
      For example: SFP1Basic.Interface, SFP1Basic.Terminal, SFP1Basic.Nonterminal, and SFP1Basic.OutboundWebService.
    2. If you want to use a custom name for one of these subprojects, type the name in the appropriate input field.
    3. If you want, click the button again to hide the names of the subprojects.
  3. Select or clear the checkbox Set default location.
    • Select the check box if you want the files for the new service flow project to be stored in the workspace folder that you selected when you started the workbench.
    • Clear the check box if you want the files for the new service flow project to be stored in a different folder. Type the folder name into the Location input field.
  4. Select or clear the check box I will specify the flow later.
    • If you select the check box, then the Next button at the bottom of the page is disabled, and you must click Finish to leave this page and terminate the wizard.
    • If you clear the check box, then you can click Next to go on to the next pages of the wizard to specify a service interface or a flow.
  5. Click Next to go to the next page or Finish to terminate the wizard.

If you select the check box I will specify the service flow later and then click Finish, the wizard creates the new service flow project with the resources shown in Table 1:
