Steps to migrate WebSphere® Studio Application Developer Integration Edition J2C
service WSDL files.
Before you begin
- To use J2C Migration wizard to migrate your WebSphere Studio Application Developer
Integration Edition CICS® or IMS™ WSDL based services to RAD J2C Java™ Bean, make sure you start with
a clean workspace.
- If you have migrated your WebSphere Studio Application Developer Integration Edition projects
into your workspace , and you want to re-use those projects, make
sure that there are no WebSphere Studio Application Developer Integration Edition connector projects
in the workspace:
- Right-click the connector project and select Delete to delete the project. Select Delete project contents
on disk (cannot be undone), and click Okay. This is the preferred approach.
- Right-click the connector project and select Close
project to close the project. You might have to close
and reopen the workspace after closing the project.
The J2C Migration wizard and J2C Java bean wizard create a new connector project with the resource
adapter shipped with the product.
