(0..1): You can use this tag one time in any Java™ source file that implements a Web service.

Purpose

This tag specifies which bindings to generate in the WSDL file. The @WebSphere.SOAPBinding tag specifies a SOAP over HTTP or SOAP over JMS binding. If no binding tag is used, a default SOAP over HTTP binding is generated.
Parameter Type Applicability Description Mandatory
style text   Either DOCUMENT or RPC. The default style is DOCUMENT. false
use text   Either LITERAL or ENCODED. ENCODED is not supported if you have selected DOCUMENT as your style. Defaults to ENCODED when the style is RPC. false
parameterStyle text   One of: BARE, DEFAULT, or WRAPPED. May only be specified when style=DOCUMENT and use=LITERAL. Defaults to the Java2WSDL default, which is WRAPPED. false
bindingName text   Specifies the name to use for the <wsdl:binding> element. Defaults to the Java2WSDL default. false
portName text   Specifies the name of the service <wsdl:port> element. Defaults to the Java2WSDL default. false
properties list of string   This parameter can be used to pass additional values to Java2WSDL. This parameter is WebSphere® specific. These properties begin with http. Only properties for the corresponding binding should be specified, but this is not enforced. Also, the spelling of the Java2WSDL properties is not checked. To see the supported properties, run the java2wsdl command with the -helpX option. false
