file that implements a Web service.
Purpose
This tag specifies which bindings to
generate in the WSDL file. The @WebSphere.SOAPBinding tag specifies
a SOAP over HTTP or SOAP over JMS binding. If no binding tag is used,
a default SOAP over HTTP binding is generated.
