You can use the J2C bean wizard to create a J2C bean in
your existing or new project.
Before you begin
Important: Do not install multiple
resource adapters as standalone on the same runtime server, especially
if they are for the same EIS type (for example, CICS® ECI 8.0.0.0 and CICS ECI 8.0.0.1). All standalone resource adapters
share the same class loader, and therefore cannot both be installed.
Important: J2C beans are formally
supported and tested on WebSphere® Application Servers. Use in other Java™ environments should work, but are not tested extensively.
If there are issues with the generated code and it can be isolated
as such within a WebSphere Application Server environment, then it will be supported.
