System requirements

System requirements for the Integration Server

To run the Integration Server you must have:

The machine on which you install the Integration Server must have:

Note: The DOORS 9.1 client that is installed on the Integration Server machine must not be used for the day to day administration of the integration, or for any other DOORS tasks. You should only run the DOORS client on the Integration Server machine if instructed to do so by the Telelogic DOORS support team.

System requirements for the Integration Client

Install and configure the Integration Server before you install any Integration Clients.

Each machine on which you install the Integration Client must have either:

System requirements for the Administration Console

Install and configure the Integration Server and the Integration Client before you install the Administration Console.

Both the .NET Framework v2.0 and v3.0 must also be installed.

Obtaining a license for Telelogic DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface

If this is your first installation of Telelogic DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface, you need to obtain a license from Telelogic. You also need to install version 1.3, 1.4 or 1.5 of the Telelogic License Server.

For information on how to obtain a license from Telelogic, and how to install the Telelogic License Server, see the Telelogic Lifecycle Solutions Licensing Guide. A printed version is available along with the Telelogic Lifecycle Solutions DVD. It is also available in PDF format on the Telelogic Lifecycle Solutions DVD, and on the Support Web site.

If you already have a license to run version 3.1 or 3.2, you can use that for Telelogic DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface version 3.3.

Limitations

As a single threaded application Telelogic DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface can only process one request at any given time. Users of the Administration Console should avoid scheduling multiple synchronization tasks to run at the same time.
