1. This application consists of the following files.

DeptTemplate_Readme.ZIP - Contains the following files.
DeptTemplateW.ntf - Sample Template of application  used to create the NSF for the storage library
Readme.txt - explains the included files, execution and minimum hardware specifications

TemplateFlashDemo.ZIP - Contains the following files.
showme.html - Demo control file(click on this file to launch the flash file in your browser)
simflash.swf - Template Application operating demonstration


To run the Sample application flash demo directly from the FTP site

Click the showme.html file to stream in your browser at the following URL
ftp://www6.software.ibm.com/software/developer/lotus/nd-template/showme.html

 or
Just click the showme.html after the download in your Notes/data dir.


2. Download all the above files from the following IBM FTP site to your Notes\Data directory.
Download all files from the FTP table in the article by clicking on FTP and savv.

Or download the 2 zip files from the FTP folder in the URL as follows:

ftp://www6.software.ibm.com/software/developer/lotus/nd-template/

Press Mouse Key Ctrl-Click and select all files then Right click "Copy To Folder" to save all files to
the specified folder (Notes/Data Folder).

Launch Lotus Notes 5x or greater and create an NSF file from the DeptTemplateW.ntf file.
Select File, New Database
Select the Template file - Dept Template Warehouse
Assure Servername is local
Type in DB File Name and DB Title Name
Click OK

3. Minimum Software and Hardware requirements

The recommended minimum requirements to install the e-learning
files on your computer and run the e-learning program are listed below.

Operating System
- Microsoft® Windows® 98 or 2000 
- Microsoft Windows NT®  
- Microsoft® Windows® XP

Memory: 128 MB RAM

Display setting
- Screen area: 1024x768 pixels
- Color: High color (16 bit)

Browser:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
- Must be enabled for Javascript™.
   - Java Virtual Machine
   - Java Virtual Machine 5.0.0.3085 and higher for IE
   - Java (IBM) version 1.4.1
   - Sun J2RE 1.4.2_01
Note: For DBCS systems, only Sun J2RE 1.4.2_01 is supported.

A minimum of 15MB of free space on PC hard drive is recommended
if this application is being installed locally.
